Figures on this page are estimates for illustration, calculated from the rent you enter. Monthly fees are a percentage of the monthly rent. Portfolio rates apply when we manage three or more units for the same owner: monthly rates of 7%, 9% and 11% for 3 to 5 units, and 6%, 8% and 10% for 6 or more. Leasing and renewal fees are not discounted. Portfolio figures assume every unit lets at the rent entered. Year-one figures assume a new tenant is placed that year and include the leasing fee of one month's rent; renewal-year figures include the $495 renewal fee. Protection cover on the Signature plan is Scheer Landlord Protection Insurance, arranged through SureVestor, Inc. (agent, Delaware license #0699809), and is subject to the policy wording, conditions, exclusions, limits and deductibles. Cover is not available where the monthly rent is below $1,000, and rent arrears when cover starts will affect cover. Weekly rent cover is estimated as monthly rent multiplied by 12 and divided by 52, on rent up to $3,000 a month. Your management agreement sets out the fees that apply to your property.
