Questions about marketing
Do I pay extra for photos and a floorplan?
No. Professional photography, the floorplan and the listings are included in your management fee on every plan. The only leasing cost is the leasing fee of one month's rent, charged when we place a new tenant.
Which sites will my property appear on?
Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Apartments.com, Zumper, Dwellsy and RentalSource, plus the partner sites they syndicate to.
How do you set the asking rent?
We look at what comparable homes are renting for nearby, using the same data as our North Shore rent index, and agree the asking rent with you before the listing goes live. You can get a free rental report for your address at any time.
Who shows the property?
Our team. We answer inquiries, book the showings and show the home, then screen applicants against the same written criteria for everyone.
Can you market a home that still has a tenant in it?
Yes. We work with the current tenant to arrange the photography and showings around them, so the home can be listed before it becomes vacant.
