Our new website: free rental reports, a monthly rent index and town maps
We’ve rebuilt chelworths.com with new tools for North Shore landlords. You can now get a rental report for your property in about 30 seconds, follow rents in your town every month and explore the North Shore on an interactive map. All of it is free to use.
A free rental report for your property
Enter your address at chelworths.com/rental-report, or in the box on our homepage, and your report opens straight away. It shows:
- an estimated monthly rent, with the low and high end of the likely range;
- comparable rentals nearby and what they’re listed for;
- the last 12 months of rents in your area for homes with the same number of bedrooms;
- what you’d take home each month on each of our management plans.
You can save the report as a PDF, and we’ll email you a link to it. If you’d like a figure based on a visit, you can book a free rental evaluation from the report.
The North Shore Rent Index, every month
The North Shore Rent Index is our monthly report on the local rental market. Each edition covers average asking rents, the number of homes on the market and average days on market, broken down by town and by bedroom count, with charts showing how the past year has moved. It covers every town we work in, from Winthrop to Amesbury.
A new edition goes up on or after the 5th of each month. Each one has a PDF version to download, and past editions stay online so you can compare one month with another.
Interactive maps of the North Shore
Our homepage and Areas We Serve page now open with a map of the North Shore. Move your cursor over a town to highlight it, then click to open that town’s page, with local rents, recent trends and how we manage homes there. On a phone or tablet, choose your town from the list instead.

- An Our Fees page with a calculator that shows your monthly fee and what you’d keep at your rent.
- A rental yield calculator.

A refreshed brand
Alongside the new site, we’ve refreshed the Chelworths brand. The lion and shield in our crest have been redrawn, and our name is now set in a classic Caslon typeface, in the navy and gold you’ll see throughout the site. The crest reflects our heritage: our families have been involved in property in Great Britain for generations, and we bring the same care to the homes we look after on Boston’s North Shore.
The new look now carries through our website, rental reports, rent index, emails and social profiles, and the site has a page for every town we cover, so landlords and renters searching locally can find us more easily. A consistent, recognizable brand also helps us present our owners’ homes in the best light, from the listing to the lease signing.
